Khasab is about 3 hours from Dubai by car via the Al Dara border crossing. The drive is straightforward — E311 through RAK, then through the border, then 45 minutes to Khasab.
Yes. Many people drive early, do a half-day or full-day dhow cruise, and drive back the same day. A half-day cruise (4 hours) is ideal for a day trip — you're back by noon.
Our day trips include the dhow cruise or mountain safari, snorkeling gear, lunch (full day), dolphin watching, and English-speaking guides. You just need to bring your passport and sunscreen.
